Self Catering | Isle of Lewis | Beul Na Mara | Brue
“Beul na Mara” (Mouth of the Sea) offers stunning sea and loch views, a crofting location, coastal walks, bird watching, fly fishing and surfing and is within easy reach of archaelogical gems such as The Callanish Stone Circle, Dun Carloway and The Arnol Blackhouse.
The Cottage, sleeping six, is light and airy, warm and welcoming. Set in its own grounds, it is only a short stroll over the machair to sand dunes and beaches. A way-marked Coastal Path is accessed through the garden gate.
Brue is surrounded by wonderful scenery, yet everything that the islands have to offer is within easy reach.
Rental is £550 - £750 per week and includes WIFI, heating and lighting, a supply of logs for the log burning stove, 5* bed linen, electric blankets and towels, including beach towels.
Understandably, in sheep country, visiting dogs are not popular with crofters and for this reason we are regrettably unable to accept dogs. Also, for the comfort of all guests we do not allow smoking on the premises.
